Standard Individual Consultation:
50 minutes  $220

Extended Individual Consultations:
• 75-minute consultation: $275
• 90-minute consultation: $335

Different fee structures apply for couples and family therapy sessions.
Please enquire with the practice for further details.

Fees are subject to annual review.

After-Hours Appointments:

Limited appointments are available after 5:00pm and on Saturdays. A $20 after-hours surcharge applies. 

Appointment Format:
In-person and telehealth consultations are available.

Medicare Rebates

Clients with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from their GP or psychiatrist may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $87.20 per session.

Eligible clients may  access up to 10 Medicare-subsidised sessions per calendar year.

Private Health Insurances

Rebates may be available through selected private health funds, including:
Medibank Private, HCF, BUPA and Teachers’ Health Fund
(subject to individual policy conditions).

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of three business days’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or non-attendance will incur the full consultation fee.

Early notice allows the appointment to be offered to another client on the waiting list, supporting timely access to care.

Payment Details:  

Payment is expected on the day of consultation.

Accepted payment methods:
• Cash
• Bank transfer
• Credit card (2.5% surcharge applies)

Additional information: 

This practice does not currently accept WorkCover, TAC, Family Court, or other legal-related cases.

Due to operational costs, bulk billing is not available.
