Fees, Rebates, and Appointments

• Standard individual consultation: 50 minutes
   
• Extended consultations: 
• 75 minutes consultation  $275
• 90mins consultation         $335
   
• After-hours appointments: Limited availability of appointments after 5:00 pm and on Saturdays; a surcharge of $20 applies

•  Different fees structure apply for couples and Family therapy sessions ( enquire with practice)

• In person and telehealth consultations are available
   

Medicare Rebates

• A Medicare rebate of $87.20 is available with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your Doctor or Psychiatrist
• Eligible clients may access up to 10 Medicare-subsidised sessions per calendar year
   

Private Health Insurance

• Rebates may be available through selected private health funds, including Medibank Private, HCF, BUPA, and Teachers’ Health Fund (subject to individual policy conditions)
   

Additional Information

• Cancellation Policy: You are required to provide 3 business days notice of cancellation or rescheduling of appointment or full fees apply for late cancellations and non-attendance.

•  Early notification of need to reschedule or cancel an appointment will enable your therapist to offer the appointment to another client on the wailtlist, thereby benefitting from being seen earlier 

• Payment accepted : Cash, bank transfer or credit card payment (surcharge of 2.5% applies)

• Payment is expected same day of consultation

• Fees are subject to annual review

• This practice does not currently accept WorkCover, TAC, Family Court, or other legal-related cases

• Due to operational costs, bulk-billing is not available
