Standard Individual Consultation
50 minutes: $220

Extended Individual Consultations

• 75-minute consultation: $275
• 90-minute consultation: $335

EMDR Therapy

Extended consultations of 75–90 minutes are recommended for EMDR therapy, for efficacy and safe practice. Intensive EMDR sessions can also be arranged — clients who prefer intensive trauma therapy may opt for 3-hour, half-day block consultations.

Couple and Family Therapy

Couple and family therapy are not currently offered; please contact the practice if you would like to be notified when these become available (fees differ from individual consultations).

After-Hours Appointments

Limited appointments are available after 5:00pm and on Saturdays. A $20 after-hours surcharge applies.

Appointment Format

In-person and telehealth consultations are available.

Medicare Rebates

Clients with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from their GP, or a referral from a psychiatrist or paediatrician, may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $87.25 per session. Eligible clients can access up to 10 Medicare-subsidised sessions per calendar year.

Private Health Insurance

Rebates may be available through selected private health funds (subject to individual policy conditions):

• Bupa
• Medibank Private
• Teachers Health Fund
• Doctors' Health Fund
• St Luke's Health

Cancellation Policy

• A minimum of 3 business days' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late cancellations or non-attendance will incur the full consultation fee.
• Early notice allows the appointment to be offered to another client on the waiting list, supporting timely access to care.

Payment Details

Payment is expected on the day of consultation. Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, and credit card (2.5% surcharge applies).

Additional Information

• This practice does not currently accept WorkCover, TAC, Family Court, or other legal-related cases, and is unable to undertake family court reports or other medico-legal reports.
• Requests for letters, summaries and reports will incur an administrative fee depending on the time required to prepare them. Due to current demand, please allow 6–8 weeks' notice for such requests.
• This practice does not provide concessionary or bulk-billing services 
• Fees are subject to annual review.
